Please remember that we will require a equipment check at the time of pick up. The check is handed back to you at the end of the season when the equipment is returned. Check made out to Phuture Phantoms. Cheer/Tackle 100.00. Flag 50.00 Please place the check in an envelope with your athletes name and team on the outside.

Tackle:
You will receive the following from the Phuture Phantoms.

Practice jersey
Game jersey
Practice pants
Game pants
Shoulder pads
Helmet
Defend Your Head Cover (grades 3-8)

Parents are responsible for:

Mouth guard that attaches to the helmet
Cleats
Athletic cup
Double insulated water bottle (not necessary, but we strongly suggest)

Cheer:
You will receive the following from Phuture Phantoms.

Shell
Skirt
Bow

Parents are responsible for: (in the past we've been able to add specific items to our store to make it easier for parents to purchase before the weather turns cold. We will try to do that again.)

Black turtleneck long sleeve cheer body suit (or regular turtleneck)
Black short spandex to go under uniform skirt
Black cold weather leggings
Black gloves
Black ear warmers
CHEER shoes (regular athletic shoes will only be permitted during preseason)
Double insulated water bottle
